Real Estate Law is the heart and soul of our legal practice. Collectively, we handle all aspects of real estate transactions and disputes including purchase, sale, disclosure, easements, title, boundaries, disputes, financing, construction, leasing, options, first rights of refusal, DRE issues, escrow, title, subdivision with regard to residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural properties.

Our firm's founder, Harry Pascuzzi, began his real estate career in 1975 and has worked for a title and escrow company, handled real estate and subdivision sales, has been involved in construction and all other aspects of real estate for almost 30 years. Real estate has a language all unto itself and it is a language we speak fluently at our firm.

Disputes happen. When our clients become involved in disputes concerning real property issues, such as the sale, rent, ownership, or possession of property, easements, construction problems, or concerning their business affairs, such as contract disputes, our firm offers a full gamut of services to help. We first try to resolve the dispute outside of the legal process through negotiation and/or mediation.

Unfortunately, there are times when negotiation and good faith attempts to resolve disputes fail. For those cases, our firm has a litigation team replete with experience and energy to litigate these disputes as efficiently and quickly as possible.

Business Law

Business Law

Our firm has handled numerous formations of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships for business purposes. We have also represented entities in contractual and business disputes with third parties as well as representing partners against each other with regard to intra-company disputes.

We recognize that disputes within a business entity or with outside third parties are detrimental to a business, so we attempt, as in all matters, to handle them as expeditiously as possible in an attempt to decrease the negative impact on the company itself.

Family Law

Family Law

It has been said that Criminal Law proceedings bring out the best in bad people and Family Law proceedings bring out the worst in good people. Generally, when a client requires the services of a Family Law lawyer, he or she is experiencing emotional pain.

The pain may be from the break up of a marriage and the separation from children, from seeing a parent through the aging process, or a myriad of other life issues many of us face. Our Family Law philosophy is to assist our clients through difficult times with compassion and minimal conflict. We try to reach resolution through mediation and collaboration as a means of maintaining the dignity of the process and the distressed family. Our goal is to have the Family Law proceeding bring out the best in good people.
