Mr. Pascuzzi was born, raised, and educated in Fresno, California. Mr. Pascuzzi began an uninterrupted career in real estate in 1975 when he went to work in the escrow department of Continental Title Company. After spending a year in the escrow department and a year in the title department, he obtained his real estate sales person's license and served as manager of the real estate firm Pacific Properties. Shortly thereafter, he formed a corporation with local home developer Joe Farina. Their firm employed up to 25 sales agents and sold existing as well as new subdivision homes from 1976 to 1986 when Mr. Pascuzzi finished law school and passed the state bar exam.
During his real estate sales career, Mr. Pascuzzi served on the Board of Directors of the Fresno Board of Realtors for five years, on the Board of Directors for the State Board of Directors for three years, and as President of the Fresno County Board of Realtors in 1986. Mr. Pascuzzi then began practicing in all aspects of real estate and business law, and has represented countless homeowners, builders, subcontractors, landlords and businesses in every aspect of real estate and business law. Mr. Pascuzzi has been an instructor at San Joaquin College of Law since 1987, in real estate and business law. Mr. Pascuzzi brings a wealth of real estate knowledge to the table tempered by an abundance of his, and his client's, real-life experiences.

Susan Moore was born, raised and educated in Fresno County. She graduated from California State University of Fresno in 1984 with a degree in business administration and an emphasis on real estate and finance. After graduation, Susan originated real estate loans in Fresno working with local real estate professionals, escrow and title companies and loan brokers. She has held a Real Estate Broker's license since 1984.
In 1989, she went to work for Wells Fargo Bank as a business banking officer and licensed annuity agent. Susan Moore graduated from San Joaquin College of Law in 1997, third in her class, and took her background in real estate and finance into her areas of legal practice which include real estate; business practice; bankruptcy; wills, trusts and probate. Susan has been an attorney with our firm since January of 1999 and continues to serve the local real estate community with various legal matters, including real estate contracts, disputes and clearing up title issues. Ms. Moore has also assisted many clients with their estate planning needs and with liquidating and re-organizing their financial affairs through bankruptcy when necessary.

Steven R. Stoker is a product of the Clovis Unified School District and graduated from Clovis West High School in 1981. Following graduation Mr. Stoker went away to school where he earned an Undergraduate Degree in Business Finance in 1987 and then obtained a Law Degree and Master's in Business Administration in 1991 at Brigham Young University.
Mr. Stoker passed the bar in 1991 and has extensive experience in litigation, real estate, and employment law matters and general business matters.

Raised in Aurora, Colorado, Glen graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 1974. That same year, he began his legal studies at the San Joaquin College of Law in Fresno, California, where he has since lived and practiced. He has tried numerous cases over his 32 years of practice. He has sat as Judge Pro Tem in the Superior Court. He has argued appellate cases in the District Court of Appeal and the State Supreme Court. Benny D. Barco graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1996 with a B.A. in English Literature. After graduation, Mr. Barco worked for ten years in the information technology industry.
Mr. Barco was admitted to the California Bar in 2007 after receiving a Juris Doctor with Distinction from San Joaquin College of Law. Mr. Barco is admitted before all the courts of the State of California and to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. His practice areas include family law, bankruptcy, and general civil litigation. Mr. Barco is a member of the State Bar of California, Fresno County Bar Association, Fresno County Young Lawyers Association, and La Raza Lawyers Association.

Mr. Abrams was raised in Fresno and began his career in real estate in 1977 with a major National Bank as a lending officer first then as an administrator. As a banker, he handled major real estate and commercial relationships originating and managing subdivision and commercial development lending as well as construction financing. He handled major problem loan workouts, portfolio management and developed real estate training and new real estate loan products. He left banking in 1987 and started his own real estate construction and development firm. The firm subdivided, developed property, built homes, apartments and commercial buildings and provided remodel and repair services. He also sold and managed properties through another of his companies. He sold his company and entered law school at the San Joaquin College of Law where he graduated with distinction and passed the California Bar exam in 2008.
During Mr. Abrams' real estate career, he served on the boards of directors for the Fresno Multiple Listing Service and the Fresno Association of Realtors ultimately serving at their Chairman and President respectively. He also served several years as a director for the California Association of Realtors and a voting delegate to the National Association of Realtors. He has a lifetime, multisubject, community college teaching credential in Real Estate, Business and Industrial Management and Marketing and Distribution. He served as an adjunct faculty member for seven years at various campuses of the Central California Community College District.

Mrs. Amador was raised in Fresno, California. She spent two years on Capital Hill working for the National Governors' Association after graduating from Cal, and returned to California for law school in 1986. She started her legal career in Southern California and worked there for ten years before returning to Fresno. She practiced for another 5 years and then took a hiatus from law. She obtained her real estate sales license and worked with Guarantee Real Estate selling residential properties for approximately 4 years. During that time she also served as a member of the Measure K Oversight Committee for school construction and as a board member for a local adoption agency.
Mrs. Amador's early years of practice focused on litigation, including commercial cases, construction defect matters, FELA cases, and probate cases, including both conservatorship and inheritance issues. Having returned to law after working in the real estate field she is focusing on probate and commercial litigation, real estate, and family law.
