Harry Pascuzzi

Harry Pascuzzi was born, raised, and educated in Fresno, California. He began an uninterrupted career in real estate in 1975 when he went to work in the escrow department of Continental Title Company. After spending a year in the escrow department and a year in the title department, he obtained his real estate sales person’s license and served as manager of the real estate firm Pacific Properties. Shortly thereafter, he formed a corporation with local home developer Joe Farina. Their firm employed up to 25 sales agents and sold existing, as well as new subdivision homes, from 1976 to 1986 when Harry finished law school and passed the state bar exam.

During his real estate sales career, Harry served on the Board of Directors of the Fresno Board of Realtors for five years, on the Board of Directors for the State Board of Directors for three years, and as President of the Fresno County Board of Realtors in 1986. He then began practicing real estate and business law and has represented countless homeowners, builders, subcontractors, landlords, and businesses in every aspect of real estate and business law. Harry has been an instructor at San Joaquin College of Law since 1987, in real estate and business law. He brings a wealth of real estate knowledge to the table tempered by an abundance of his, and his client’s, real-life experiences.

Susan Pascuzzi

Profile

Susan Pascuzzi was born, raised and educated in Fresno County. She graduated from California State University of Fresno in 1984 with a degree in business administration and an emphasis on real estate and finance. After graduation, Susan originated real estate loans in Fresno working with local real estate professionals, escrow and title companies and loan brokers. She has held a Real Estate Broker’s license since 1984.

In 1989, she went to work for Wells Fargo Bank as a business banking officer and licensed annuity agent. Susan graduated from San Joaquin College of Law in 1997, third in her class, and took her background in real estate and finance into her areas of legal practice which include real estate; business practice; bankruptcy; wills, trusts and probate. Susan has been an attorney with our firm since January of 1999 and continues to serve the local real estate community with various legal matters, including real estate contracts, disputes and clearing up title issues. She has also assisted many clients with their estate planning needs and with liquidating and re-organizing their financial affairs through bankruptcy when necessary.

Steven R. Stoker

Profile

Steven R. Stoker is a product of the Clovis Unified School District and graduated from Clovis West High School in 1981. Following graduation Mr. Stoker went away to school where he earned an Undergraduate Degree in Business Finance in 1987 and then obtained a Law Degree and Master’s in Business Administration in 1991 at Brigham Young University.

Mr. Stoker began practicing law 1991 and has extensive experience in litigation, real estate, and employment law matters and general business matters.

William E. McComas

William Eric McComas was born, raised and educated in the Fresno/Clovis Metropolitan area. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University, Fresno (“CSUF”) in 2003 as the Dean’s Medalist. Upon returning from U.C. Davis’ joint M.B.A./J.D. program, William was admitted to the California Bar in 2008 after receiving his J.D. from San Joaquin College of Law. In 2010, William received his M.B.A. from CSUF. 


William teaches at CSUF’s Craig School of Business, is a business consultant with the Lyles Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and is a mentor with the Laval Entrepreneur Mentor Program. William currently is the Vice President of the Fresno County Bar Association; Vice-Chair of Family Leadership Inc.; Board President of Central California Legal Services; former President of La Raza Lawyers Association; and a long time board member with the Fresno Area Hispanic Foundation, which operates the Nation’s first Hispanic owned Business Incubator west of the Mississippi. William is married to Colleen Garrigan and together they have three (3) wonderful children.

jared c. kapheim

Profile


Jared C. Kapheim was raised in Dinuba, California. Jared earned his juris doctorate in December of 2016 from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. While attending McGeorge, he participated in the Elder and Health Law Clinic as a Certified Law Student where he assisted low-income families with estate planning and public benefits issues.


After passing the bar, Jared used his experience as a Certified Law Student to specialize in estate planning, trust, and probate matters.


Jared is married to Alexis and they are parents to a beautiful daughter. Jared enjoys spending time with his family and vacationing with them at the coast or mountains and attending San Francisco Giants games.
