Harry Pascuzzi

Senior Partner

Profile

Harry Pascuzzi was born, raised, and educated in Fresno, California. He began an uninterrupted career in real estate in 1975 when he went to work in the escrow department of Continental Title Company. After spending a year in the escrow department and a year in the title department, he obtained his real estate sales person’s license and served as manager of the real estate firm Pacific Properties. Shortly thereafter, he formed a corporation with local home developer Joe Farina. Their firm employed up to 25 sales agents and sold existing, as well as new subdivision homes, from 1976 to 1986 when Harry finished law school and passed the state bar exam.

During his real estate sales career, Harry served on the Board of Directors of the Fresno Board of Realtors for five years, on the Board of Directors for the State Board of Directors for three years, and as President of the Fresno County Board of Realtors in 1986. He then began practicing real estate and business law and has represented countless homeowners, builders, subcontractors, landlords, and businesses in every aspect of real estate and business law. Harry has been an instructor at San Joaquin College of Law since 1987, in real estate and business law. He brings a wealth of real estate knowledge to the table tempered by an abundance of his, and his client’s, real-life experiences.
